Eagle Point Triathlon
Sunday 16th February 2020
Blessed with its peaceful surrounds the sleepy town of Eagle Point is idyllic for a triathlon event. The transition is situated on the beautiful shores of Lake King and only for a few sections of the bike ride do you loose sight of the magnificent waterway. There is something for everyone with four races on offer throughout the course of the morning. The fun tri will open the racing, followed by the sprint distance championships. Both the fun tri and sprint tri courses include a U-shaped swim, loop on the bike and a flat lakeside run. The final events will be for the kids, with two distances on offer. In a safe and well marshaled environment the kids ‘dash’ will see them swim, ride and run their way around the local caravan park.
