Below is listed some training ideas for over the pre-season time, before the racing begins.These training sessions are designed to assist you to develop your fitness plus provide options which you can incorporate into your own training regime. In the presence of others it is easy exercise! | Ryan Cross 0438 006 064 | Tuesday 6:30pm | Colquhoun/Mt Taylor | Mountain Biking | | Tim Boote 0421 506 080 | Tuesday 5.45pm for 6.00pm start (begins October 5th) | Doghole (river loop downstream of Lind Bridge) | Running & Swimming | Generally the swim takes you upstream to the Lind bridge & return. Whilst the run is a single loop between the bridges. | Ryan Cross 0438 006 064 | Wednesday 5.45pm (begins October 27th) | Bairnsdale Aquatic & Recreation Centre (transition at rear) | Mini Tri | Mini Tri’s are a great opportunity for beginners to ‘tri’ the sport of triathlon. It is also a great mid week session where all three disciplines are put together. The focus is to produce a personal best time each week you come along. The senior distance is 200m swim/9km bike/2km run.
